How to make Beef Burger? – Beef Burger Recipe
Beef is known as to be an excellent source of protein and minerals such as Zinc, selenium, phosphorous and iron. Beef burger is eaten as a main course dish across the world, it has pretty high calorific value sufficient for the days requirement. The Beef burger un-like others variants of burgers is cheap and easy to prepare at home also. The following steps can be an ultimate way of preparing the authentic, easiest and tastiest beef burger.
Ingredients
Onion- 1 medium size
Egg- 1
Beef minced -500 gms
Burger bread (Bun) – 2
Tomatoes – 1 (sliced in circles)
Tomato sauce- 2 tablespoon
Lettuce leaves – for garnish
Salt- as per taste
Cardamom powder- 2 table-spoons
Method
1) Take the beef minced and add salt, tomato sauce, cardamom powder and mix well. (Avoid densely compacting the beef to keep the burger juicy).
2) With the help of hands give the minced beefs a shape of medium size ball and press slightly in the middle to flat the ball & give it a circle look.
3) Now on a frying pan pour some oil and put the beef patty (cutlet) over it, till it gets cooked from inside on both the sides (Flip only once halfway through cooking).
4) Put the cheese slices over the beef patty and let it melt.
5) Take the burger bread (bun) and cut it in between so as to make a base and a top of the burger.
6) Apply a layer of mayonnaise and tomato sauce on the bread base and put the beef patty (cutlet).
7) Add the lettuce leaves over the onion and slowly put the patty that we have prepared on the pan, over the lettuce leaves as they are unstable. Then cover the patty with the top part of bread.
-Serve the burger with French fries for a complete meal.
