Stir Fry Broccoli Chicken in Oyster Sauce Recipe
This dish is one of the easiest and quickest to prepare also it gives value for money. The ingredients are healthy with high calories in it. The main ingredients are chicken and broccoli, both having good health benefits. The chicken has a good content of protein and broccoli has an immense amount of medicinal facts which helps in reducing several diseases, further it includes essential vitamins for everyday life. The chicken can be given a crispy texture by coating it with cornstarch. The process defined here will give a true flavor and an authentic feeling of the restaurant directly at the dining table while sitting at home.
Ingredients
Broccoli – 200 gms (7Oz)
Chicken – 200 gms (7 Oz)
garlic (minced) – 1 table spoon
ginger (minced) – 1 table spoon
soy sauce – 2 table -spoon
oyster sauce – 2 table spoon
sesame oil – few drops
cooking oil – as per requirement
corn starch – 1 table spoon
Method
1) Marinate the chicken with soy sauce and keep it for 15 minutes then add the corn starch to it.
2) Pour oil on a pan and deep fry the ginger & garlic till the fragrance comes out, then add the chicken and start mixing.
3) Take out the chicken on a separate bowl and set aside.
4) On the pan cook broccoli for around 5 minutes by applying oyster sauce.
5) Now add the chicken to the brocolli and mix well.
6) Cook it for another 15 minutes and serve it on a plate.
7) Garnish with sesame seeds if available.
