Classic Macaroni salad Recipe
Macaroni salad can be defined as a type of pasta salad, usually served in mild cold temperature. The primary ingredient being Macaroni and the creamy texture is derived from Mayonnaise. It is a must preferred dish to be prepared during any summer get-together or party time; it has a good taste which all persons across the ages like it. The following way will guide in the preparation of the best Macaroni salad.
Ingredients
Macaroni – 200 gms (7Oz)
Carrots -4 (big) chopped
Red onion- 1 large (finely chopped
Bell peppers – ½ red & ½ green (finely chopped)
Mayonnaise – 2 cups
Condensed milk- 14 Oz
Sugar – ½ cup
Vinegar – ½ cup
Method
1) Boil the Macaroni in hot water for around 6 – 7 minutes over medium heat.
2) On a bowl mix the carrots, onions, peppers and stir together.
3) Now add the mayonnaise, condensed milk and sugar and mix them well.
4) Add salt & pepper, macaroni and toss them together.
5) Preserve the salad over night.
6) Season the salad with dry mustard paprika.
Your Macaroni salad is ready to werve.
