   I’m having a bad day I’m going through a repetitive time in my life of sobriety. I’m early in to it and sometimes I just want to cry and explain to people how hard it really is but you can’t because so many don’t understand how hard it is for your body and mind to readjust and it really sucks cause you can’t hold on to things you want because being honest and explaining just doesn’t ever work out. Thanks for reading helps to vent somehow
