Homemade Spring Roll Wrappers Recipe (With Step by Step Images)
Ingredients
All purpose flour – 2 cup
Corn flour – ½ cup
Corn starch – ½ table spoon
Salt – a pinch
Water – as required
Method
1) In a bowl mix all the ingredients and add small amount of water, till it turns a sticky.
2) Leave the dough for about 1 hour till the dough becomes little solid yet sticky in nature.
3) On a moderately heated non sticky pan, with the handful of dough make a smear over the pan to make a thin layer of sheet.
4) After 10-30 seconds or once the edges start to curl up slowly pull off the layer, as it is ready. Repeat the process for entire batter.
5) Place upside down on a flat surface and cover with a damp towel. This keeps it moist while the top side cooks. Keep covered till you are ready to roll or till cold, than store in the freezer.
