We all know meat, eggs & fish are good sources of protein, but do we really need them? and what if someone is vegetarian? According to a research published in Albany Times-union beef contains only 6.4 grams of protein per 100 gm while on the other hand broccoli contains 11.1 gram of protein per 100 grams. So be vegan, stay healthy & love animals.

I found an article that says too much broccoli can cause thyroid problems. Too much cabbage can lead to a type of cancer. Moderation of the vegetables and changing up is key. Women with heavy cycles, lose much more iron and can get anemic in that time frame. Meat iron is more effective in absorption then vegetables. Loved the article.
