DIY - Make Rope From Plastic Bottles video

Hi today I’m showing how easily you can make rope from your waste plastic bottles.

Things required:
1) Wood Log
2) Wooden Saw
3) Paper Cutting Blade
4) Hammer
5) Iron Nails
6) Plastic Bottles

Instructions:
1) Take a wood log and make slits as shown in image below (Difference between horizontal and vertical cuts will be the width of rope so adjust it carefully).

2) Put the blade in horizontal slit and fix it there with the help of iron nails.

3) Cut the bottle from bottom and put it in vertical slit and start rotating it to make a pilot cut.

4) Grab the protruding piece and pull it using your hands or pliers. Continue pulling until all the bottle is consumed.

Your rope is ready, you can use it in garden or anywhere else you need to tie things up

Tip: The material of which bottles are made of, shrinks and hardens when heat is applied so you can fasten things extra tight by heating it after tying up.
