Baked Stuffed Cheesy Mushrooms
Mushroom is a good option for people who don’t eat non vegetarian food Mushrooms are low in carbohydrates and high in fiber. They are a good source of B-vitamins, iron, and selenium. Mushrooms are naturally low in sodium and high in potassium.
Ingredients:
Mushrooms: 500Gm
Cream Cheese
Pizza Cheese
Chopped Spinach
Breadcrumbs
Salt
Black Pepper
Procedure:
1) Remove the mushroom stems, keep the mushroom caps aside and chop the stems.
2) Put a cooking pan on medium heat and add a spoon of cooking oil. Put chopped mushroom stems and Spinach, cook them on medium heat.
3) Once mushroom and Spinach get cooked switch off the heat and add Cream Cheese, salt and black pepper, and mix them thoroughly.
4) Fill the mushroom caps with mixture and put some breadcrumbs and grated pizza cheese over it.
5) Put it in oven and bake it at 180ÂșC for approximately 12 minutes.
